Compass ARP-ESSER Application & Plan
As a local educational agency (LEA) in New York State, we are required by Education Law changes in the 2022–2023 enacted state budget to post on our website and to submit to the New York State Education Department—on or before July 1, 2022—an updated plan for how our LEA will expend the American Rescue Plan (ARP) – Elementary & Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funding that we have received, and how our LEA will prioritize spending on non-recurring expenses.
Our LEA seeks public comment from our parents, teachers, and other stakeholders by June 28, 2022, on how our LEA has prioritized spending on non-recurring expenses.
